Man, I just bought another Zune 8gb for my daughter, and I woke up and all the sudden like everyone esle, my Zune is stuck. I'm very concern since my Zune is no longer under warranty, since I've had it for so long and the fact I just bought a new one. I hope Zune takes care of us properly since of course we still our customers. I've bought the dock, the jacks to use the video on my t.v. and have spent alot of money on this product. I really hoped we aren't stuck with the boot in our a**, and I really hope all the talk about us buying new ones isn't true, cause I own a business, and word-of-mouth, is No.1 way advertising is at best. I have been telling folks great things about Zunes, please dont let me down.
