Zune 30 Issue
This is really strange. I have (had) a Zune dock made by Altec Lansing that burned out Christmas day. Just died and went to planned obselesence heaven. Now my Zune 30 is dead too. Hmmm....

please get it fixed i am really not hapy about this.  i really like my zuneb but i am now thinking that they suck because the freze up RIGHT AFTER YOU WARENTY IS UP AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

please get it fixed i am really not hapy about this.  i really like my zuneb but i am now thinking that they suck because the freze up RIGHT AFTER YOU WARENTY IS UP AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA It makes me so mad and how are you going to get an update if our zunes will not unfreze to get them to sync to the computer.

my warrenty has been up for months and mine froze, so it isnt just happening to those whose warrenty "just ran out"

I had drain my battery to no surprise. He did not resolve the problem.

I think everyone should be patient until the problem is fixed. Jeesh people, mine is dead too.

Thanks for the update and I am sure everyone else is too.  I just hope that these things will work soon. I use mine all day at work everyday and all night and it feels like part of my day is off but I am just going to hang tight and wait for more updates.

It was nice of them to say "Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience!" That really helps all of us who can't use our Zune...
They know that...but what else can they say until they can say 'here's the fix'...?

I took the zune apart and disconnected the battery and reconnected. Everthing is working fine! Lucky for me I had a wall charger!!!!!!!!!!! SWEET BLISS.

My battery finally died. Plugged it in, and it sat with the low battery icon on the screen. Then, a few minutes ago, reset... and got stuck again. So, the battery drain idea is a no-go. :-(
