Quick update still on the phone with the technician, can't figure anything out. We have tried numerous fixes and still nothing.... I will keep everyone updated.

Wow 40+ minutes in and still nothing, the Tech support guy is not finding anything out. I am trying to tell him that its on their side, and seeing if they can call a server technician to check the authentication servers.. but he's not really paying attention. Lol.

Well, since that DRM reset obviously doesn't work, I'm skipping that - - especially since I bought MP3s, to which DRM doesn't even apply!!!  Give me a break.  This problem is not DRM related.

of course microsoft is going to say that it's not on their end that it is our computers fault..Microsoft is perfect..lol..nothing is ever wrong with them..
