Being new to Zune, I can't thank you enough for all your time and effort in putting this together. I do have question though, it takes forever to sync movies. I use Avec DVD to Zune software and not does it only convert in real time (almost) it seem like an eternity when I sync my zune. I had 4-5 movies and it took10 hrs +/- to sync. Any ideas?

Thanks for the tips. I think that the first one is definately the most time consuming, but still necessary.

heres one im considering: 11) find bill gates and make him eat his your zune after you've spent 6 hours with tech support with problems youve never heard of with an ipod
