Like/Dislikes: Zune team seeking feedback!

Like many have said, Video Please.

audio books through audible.com, you don't even have to provide it yourself just leverage your partnership with audible.com you already work with them one WMP, open up Zune to them.

Then audio bookmarks.

Marketplace its self, is pretty good,  I have a Zune pass and I like it for DRM tracks or things I am not sure I will listen to for a long time, but I will buy your mp3 tracks, but I find amazon.com will have things you don't in mp3 format ( I can't say more), so keep up with amazon in mp3 offerings as much as you can.

Offer XBox Live content (movies/tv).

I love Zune Pass.  Make it better by making more music available.

Browse/download content directly from Zune.

Personally, I still hate the idea of Microsoft Points in order to purchase the music.  This feature alone has allowed me to contiue having itunes installed on my computer. I just don't want to purchase music using a point system.

Itunes also continues to have albums that have not been available on the Zune marketplace.  It's pretty effortless for me to download music from itunes, burn it to a cd, and then rip it back over so that I can have it available on my zune.

Just pull the trigger and merge Xbox Live and Zune Marketplace!!!  Let me watch my downloads on my Xbox OR my Zune.

Can't wait for the Zune games too... and its integration with Xbox.

 

Overall I love ZunePass - wish it would have ALL songs available but I realize that's not realistic.

I love the Zune Pass.  It is a significant reason as to why I have a Zune.  Having used plays for sure based subscription services the Zune version works a lot better and the available tracks is comparable, though I would like to see more.  For tracks not available I try to purchase DRM free mp3's.  This is one place the market place is really lagging behind and I usually end up having to get them from Amazon.  Movie and TV downloads would be nice and integration with the xbox marketplace would be great.

Another issue I have is the Zune tag's.  I have multiple Zunes on my zune pass, it would be great if they could be linked to their own zune tag instead of one so my kids music doesn't show up on my tag and they can have their own tags to use on myspace etc...

Zune Marketplace should offer more video content (TV Shows and Movies).  I also would get rid of Microsoft Points and charge .89 cents or .99 cents per track like every other site on the planet.  You should also go 100% DRM Free like Amazon (where I currently buy all of my music).

Never used Zune Pass but if it was more like the new Slacker Service that just came out I would use it in a heart beat.

I have 3 Zunes in my house...you have to remove the link to your zune tag name in the software. Go to settings/device/name your zune...and plug in the other devices and remove the association to your tag. I assume in your house if you have the Social on and many Zunes are going, they all show as your tag name? That was our problem until you remove the link, once you do that each Zune will show up separately

I would like to see recommendations based on your download/listening history, radio, an "auto-mix" feature. Basically Zune needs to implement seamless music discovery features. I would like to see the music videos be part of the subscription or at least available for streaming.

Zune Marketplace needs a Media Center interface. We should be able to browse and listen to music with our remote control. Thanks.

Cesar...I have had a Zune Pass since Nov 2006...It is what sold me on the whole Zune experience 2 years ago. Great job!!!

Zune Pass: I would like to see thoughts around changing to 4 Zunes supported on one Zune Pass account. I think people will have 4 zunes vs 3 computers...reduce the computers to 2 and allow 4 Zunes. I also think there are users who may not have credit card access...maybe allow the account to be paid using a bank account, online transfer, I think this will allow more of the younger crowd to get a Zune Pass.

ZMP: I really like the artist BIOs .... that gives a lot of information that is good reading. Maybe links to artists websites? Also some kind of work around a Concert section, showing upcoming concerts...maybe a link/JV with LiveNation/Ticketmaster......Also more complete "Album Reviews", there are plenty that don't have any reviews listed. Concert videos....

Like - Zune Pass

         Allowing Zune Pass on multiple Zune's

Dislike - No UK access to Zune Social, Zune Marketplace and Zune Pass even if you are a UK Zune owner. http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss_w_h_?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=zune, this is were all UK Zune owners are getting there's from, please pay attention to this. It is unfair that a person from the UK buys a Zune and then can't use all of it's features.

No good meta data editing in Zune software unlike Itunes, if Zune had a good meta data editing feature it would solve many problems Zune users are having with Album art. And it would stop the use of Media Monkey, MP3Tag etc.
