Why not just say you think that will be the price point instead of making it sound like you heard it somewhere?  If you did hear it somewhere why not just post the link as asked?

It is speculation which is based on an opinion which giving the internet spreads rabidly.  There is no fact required for speculation, there is no fact checking for speculation, it is merely another word that can be substituted for an opinion, or a word you can use to repeat read or heard opinion.  I never once misrepresented or twisted anything you said, I took everything you said word for word.  Now as for you, I would suggest you stop this rather stalker like business of yours it is becoming increasingly creepy.  Again and for the last time I'll state simply for you, speculation is not fact nor is it based in fact and is often time if not most of the time based on rumor and opinion.

You said it was 'growing speculation' which means it started somewhere else.

I and another have asked for the original source for that speculation which you still are not providing.

So as I said...it appears you made up the 'growing speculation' bit since a single source isn't a growth, it's an origination.

If you take the speculation as fact which you appear to be doing then it would be an origin but since speculation stagnant or growing is never fact the origin of speculation which is based on opinion matters not because again it is opinion not fact.

You guys are ridiculous, $400? Think about this logically, they said the Zune HD is going to replace the current flash players.What would be the point in replacing the current flash models if it's priced $200 more. I would assume they will come in 16GB and 32GB, and be priced ~$199 and $299 respectively (64GB is just out of the question). Especially since they are continuing to make hard-drive players, my guess is that they'll be about the same price but the trade-off will be capacity vs. touchscreen. The new hard-drive players are said to have the new web browser and have an on-screen keyboard operable through the zune pad. Maybe there will be an update for older players(?). I know there is definitely a market for an 8GB model, but to be honest I don't think it's going to happen because they won't be able to price it low enough because of the costs of the OLED screen, tegra chipset, and hd radio receiver, and if they're really trying to push HD with this, it seems kind of impractical for an 8GB player. My thoughts are that they really knocked this one out of the park with it's features, but they're definitely going to have to price it competitively to get the average customer's attention, and they know it, cost is a priority.

I have an IQ of over 160, and scored an 800 perfect on my SAT Verbal back in the day.

I know what speculation means, but evidently you don't understand what 'state your source' means.  So essentially this is a rumor you're starting to make Microsoft look bad, and by definition it can't be growing at the time you're reporting it if you're the origin of said speculation.

If you know what speculation means why do you keep going on and on.  No one cares what your IQ or what you scored on your SAT either.  You're just trying to make yourself look better.  While opinion and speculation can be used to "harm" entities, people, etc etc this does none of that.  You really need to lay off the whole "i'm smarter then you and I'm going to tell you how to post and when to post" crap it is getting to be rather obnoxious.  The mere fact you're replying just to be obnoxious is more detrimental then anything I can think of atm.
