I haven't been able to sign in at all for 2 weeks. (i've only tried my computer but I've tried multipule user names....I don't have access to another computer to test this on.

It's lame, I haven't been able to sign in ever since I called customer service because I lost one of the albums I purchased (and still don't have it back)

I got upset on the phone @.@

I have  lost about  6 albums since I cant get on to the Zune and refresh  my status, but yet I was just charged  $14.99 for my Zune Pass that I cant use..

I been on the phone with them now  20 minutes 5 of those were with a person 15 of them on hold.... Just to find out they don't got a clue what to do...

Well as much as it sucks, at least I'm not the ONLY one experiencing this problem, its been approximately two weeks now that I haven't been able to sign in using the software, I've tried various "solutions" and nothing has even remotely helped at all, I have to be honest and admit that I'm starting to get pretty pissed about it..

They told me to disable my virus program and turn off my firewall..I told them that *** is not happening and they told me they had to call there IT team and I would be on hold for  20 minutes. I told them don't worry about it and just cancel my zune pass till you get it resolved.

I'm just getting piussed because it's one thing after the other...something messes up and most likely it won't get resolved... I was looking through my documents and I have around 5-6+ different case numbers from different problems....And that's after I reformatted my computer ( about a year or 2 ago)

See if this works
Ive been having troubles signing in since getting a new PC but I think I found out why.

So if you cant sign in, try booting up you computer in Safe Mode with Networking (hold F8 at bootup) and see if you can sign in then. If you can, one of your services or startup programs in msconfig are blocking it. Turns out mine is Themes under the Service tab. Im trying to find a fix now.

Add me to the list.  Tried to log in and can't.  Tried iTunes and got the songs I wanted. Can't say I am going to keep hitting my head against a brick wall anymore. iTunes from here out.

Chalk me up to the list as well, I haven't been able to successfully surf the Marketplace or download music all week; I've done a clean boot through MSconfig, checked all of my security software, and still no results. Grr.
