re: What do you want if the Zunes don't unfreeze?
They need to compensate us for sure.  I listen to my Zune everyday and at night.  I couldnt even sleep last night cause I didnt have my calming music to listen to.  I am POed that it is not working right now.  I am even more POed that they couldnt give me any answers after I waited close to an hour on hold.  I regret ever getting a Zune now.

re: What do you want if the Zunes don't unfreeze?

My brand new 120 froze at approximately 4PM Easter Standard Time (USA). I had just charged it for the first time, synched it with" my pictures" from my laptop and several freshly downloaded albums from the Zune Softrware app, and displayed all photos in a slide show.  After a few minutes, intending to listen to the newly synched music, I could not boot it.  Still cannot.  Are all 120 users experiencing the same problem?

Has the midnight but spread to 120s?

Wow, so much greed in these forums.  I get that you want it fixed and if they can't fix it you should be compensated - but everyone who is saying that if the Zune itself isn't fixed then they loose all this valuble music/videos/pics?  Isn't it on your hard drive - do you move it to your Zune and then immediately delete it from the hard drive on your computer?  Because if that is the case then that is your own stupidity coming through, and you don't deserve compensation for that.

Why would you reformat your computer without backing up things like music and photos?  I have had to reformat in the past but I was always sure to back it up first.  Even if you reformated because you thought you had a virus you still should have that data backed up.  Believe me, I am not thrilled about this because my brand new hard drive, with all my music, photos, documents, etc. crashed and may be unfixable, but I don't blame Microsoft because I didn't bother to back up my own data and may not be able to access on my Zune.  It isn't their job, it is mine.  Now, the people who made that hard drive that lasted about a month - I am pissed at them, but again, it is my own fault for not backing up my data.
