I too did the rename DRM folder and update thing and now I can't listen to any music I have got from the Marketplace on top of not being able to download anything.

It has to be on their end.I tried everything,even deleting all subscription music to the recycle bin and restoring it.Can't download or play any subscription music.

To see the DRM folder you have to unhide protected operating system files also. However, I went through that process and still have nothing, so don't bother.

I totally agree, im still on hold with Microsoft. Been on hold for over 17 minutes, maybe someone else could also get on the phone and try to get through.

Same thing is happening here-literally was downloading songs earlier this afternoon and now it won't work.  It's gotta be their problem so might as well call it a night and hope they can get this stupid thing resolved.

YEAH!! They finally answered the Tech Support guy is going around to figure out whats wrong with the service. Hopefully, we get an answer soon.. I will update ASAP when I get an answer. Everyone keep on this page for updated info.
