Not to say that it's not a bug.... but just seems like this thread is here to brag that someone found an issue, and is trying to make it seem like it's a huge issue that Microsoft should care about. I work in the software industry, and I can tell you that out of the millions of possible things you could to try and mess up the Zune... you would probably come across 100's that will..... they are not all important and not worth putting time and money into fixing. Here's a test.... try hitting Backx99, Up, Down, Up, Down, play, pause, up, pause, Upx200, Downx123, back, back, up, play, pause, play, back, up, down, pause, back, up, centerx49, downx48, play/pausex88....... and tell me what happens. Sorry to be rude and sarcastic a good bit here.... I just think it's a non-issue. sorry. :-/

No you are wrong. It's not caused by hitting the buttons in rapid succession. In the video he was just showing you how you could replicate the bug quickly for sake of the video but trust me there is an issue here. This bug has happened to me everytime I use my Zune since the update. And it takes place whenever I finish one song and begin listening to the second song. So no, it's not a non-issue. This is very much an issue, sorry.

It happens to me a lot because the last few seconds of a song is usually when I like to browse for the next one. It's that simple. It's not like I'm typing "@[=g3,8d]\&fbb=-q]/hk%fg" + Delete and my Zune turns me into a schizophrenic superhero (although that'd be rather neat.) A lot of people have been reporting it without my encouragement before, I'm just bringing it to light so it can hopefully be fixed, and maybe even spare the forum from some more flamers turned Apple-"OMG Zune is is a po*!"-fanboy by a little glitch.
I ask you, if this is indeed only one out of a million tiny different things that could go wrong, wouldn't it make it significant if even a handful of people reported the same issue?
I'm also not looking for recognition or a reward. If anyone deserves praise, it's CHUCK2NORRIS. I'm bringing attention to a software bug, not myself, although you seem to be content with just getting attention.
Thanks for nothing.
This is happening to me also. It really makes me mad when I'm working out and it freezes when i put on another song. Please Zune fix this immediately.
I'm not perfect! I make typos.
