I Think they Should Do That I Am Pissed off with the new software it screwed up my Whole library

Some One Should Send An E Mail To Microsoft About the things that Have happened with the Software

Yeah, Microsoft should add WMP support, if not the next update for ZuneSoft better come fast and fix alot.

I would love to have Windows Media Player support.  I don't have any major issues with the new software like so many others do, but I primarily use WMP.  In fact the only time I ever open up the Zune software is to sync stuff to my Zune.

As much as I would like to have Zune support in WMP, it is NOT going to happen.  EVER.  There is a very real reason why Zune devices don't support WMP (or visa vera), but it isn't a technical nor legal issue.  Connect the dots, the answer it obvious.

I just bought the Zune 30GB last week and I really didn't mind the old Zune software.  It was so similar to WMP11 that I was pretty happy...until this Tuesday.  I have all of the problems stated by other people and I was investigating whether I could just use WMP11...I guess not.

At least I hope I can fix my scrambled albums and artwork...I hope.

Does anyone know where the option to downconvert from your library to the Zune went?  There was a slider that I set on the original Zune software to change the bit rate to 160.  I can't find it now.

what is it then? if its not legal nor technical

only thing that comes to mind is that they are adament about pushing the damn marketplace on it's users; a feature i have not nor will i ever use

hopefully the guys at ZB will come up with a new way to hack WMP11. i like the new firmware...though I'm on the verge of downgrading. everything was much easier before....

I agree what everyone is saying. I have a pet peeve see'n Unknown Genre and Artists. And i have to all the way in to the file and edit it. Instead of doing it with ease at the software. There must be a change. Sign me up for any new change....this is just dissapointing. Anyone can add me or do whatever a Zunie does...check my music out or whatever

Put me down as pro-wmp11 as well. I think the new Zune software has potential, but to me it seems like it was rushed out the door to meet a deadline. After the second time deleteing my music off my zune30 and re-syncing, let's hope all is good now.

My pet peeves in the new software, no sync queue, dumbed down rating system and the weird 3 column layout w/ large text (I have to maximize the software so I can see what I'm doing, I shouldn't have to on a desktop running at 1280x1024).

Who or what did what to who? That's right, he did.

I doubt that, since you have to BUY a Zune. Moreover, other MP3 products work fine with it too, so it's not anti-competitive at all.

In any case, I think this would solve my issues with XP x64 as well. All I'm really looking to do is manage and sync my already existing music collection.
