Issue Has Been RESOLVED
Morning crew!

All seems to be okay now. Restart the Zune software (or your computer, if necessary) and it should be back.

Interesting message popped up upon attempting to download something, asking me if I wanted to pay for it with my MS Points or include with my Zune pass... guess which I picked.

Confirmed, the song sitting in downloads is now downloading after restaring Zune software, cheers MS :-)

I just downloaded the most recent Senses Fail album, seems like they were working diligently overnight last night to get it fixed, I looked at this forum last night about about 11pm PST and all the posts where for the previous day in between 8-11pm. So it took them a little over a day to fix it and hopefully they will release a bit of info on what cause the problem and compensate those that lost their Microsoft points. In regards to the MS Points I would suggest getting the Zune Pass, its 14.99 a month for unlimited downloads, so if you have the Zune 120 you can fill it up in a single day. Thanks for the hard work MS, its nice that things are back to normal.  Good Luck to everyone else and enjoy

Not for me. I can download but all subscription music won't play.I get error code C0D0BBE  "Zune can't verify usage rights". I've deleted all subscription music and downloaded again,to no avail.I guess it's going to be a couple hours on the phone with tech support.

We have indeed been working through the night to resolve this issue and believe we have it nailed.  A few users might still see some issues depending on where they are for a few more hours, but for the most part, everyone should be good to go now.

For those still having problems a simple software restart may do the trick...  I was still getting the error after it was reported fixed, but after I did a restart on the Zune software it started working just fine.

yah, turned off my comp last night after it wasn't working. turned my computer on this morning and it worked! relieved that it is working again, but disappointed that this problem even happened in the first place. good job tho, lasted less than a day for me tho.
