i have been hit too.... its tragic i cant waste my night downloading music.  hopefully thell fix it soon

Everyone thats saying the zune sucks cause of this need to learn some patience, its only one day. I'm sure the itunes marketplace has been down before. It will most likely be fixed by tomorrow.

I was a very avid iTunes user.  I have had 5 iPods 3 classics and 2 touches, the problem is that all but one of the classics broke and that one was stolen.  During that time there were many times that the iTunes store was down.  Last Christmas my wife got me a $50 gift card and the server went down while entering the card.  I got the card eventually but it took about a month.  The problem here is that we all have the pass and we have become spoiled with being able to get music at any time.  In the long run I am happy that I decited to pick up this Zune, like it much better than my iPods.

Misery loves company. At least I got my my video in before I went down. Btw, just happened about an hour ago for me.

Yep, I logged on to download some music, and whatcha know, I cant.
I really hope zune fixes this soon, as my trial ends on the 20th, and this is not a good reflection of their service to somebody considering PAYING for it.

Unfortunately I am also having this issue.

Today, as an early xmas gift, I got the Zune 120G. 

Unfortunately, I have no music on it...  and can't get any on it...

yea, me too but this is irritating! I want that Jamie Foxx album!!

If you use media player to try and play one of the DRM tracks it will pop up the standard DRM window but it will give you a Zune branded Page not found error.

I am having the same issue, not that I have a Zune Pass, I just bought 1200 credits and it has taken 79 credits off my account for a song, it just won't download when I hit 'download' next to that song in my 'purchases', but this is only on one song, I have downloaded others fine.

I don't mind, as long as they rectify the issue soon and let me download my song I have paid for I will be happy :-)
