I was so sad yesterday, I thought that Microsoft pulled a Y2K on us to get us to upgrade. But now, it makes sense that there was a bug in the internal clock in the way that it handles leap years! I'm so happy, mine is working fine! ![Big Smile [:D]](/emoticons/emotion-2.gif)
I do have to say that I've had several problems with my Zune, but they have all been handled and fixed fairly quickly. Any MP3 player is going to have issues now and then, that's to be expected. They could improve on our wait time when we call in though!!! And when I called, first the bot tried to help me by suggesting that I do a restart, naturally, that didn't work because it was FROZE!!! But then, when I finally was asked if that helped and I said NO, they put me on hold to wait for an agent...and low and behold, they can't take my call because of "Severe Weather"...!!! Have to say, I think that was a run-around!!! ![Stick out tongue [:P]](/emoticons/emotion-4.gif)
