OK... about 30%+ of my Zune pass Marketplace music is skipping/ has defects in the playback on my Zune. On my computer, it's fine. I have been told to search the forums. I have and no luck. Does anyone else have this issue? What can be done? I'm trying NOT to call 800-GET-Zune or whatever, but I've been having this issue for a month without help.

There are 2 issues with the tracks only in Zune playback, and some tracks have both issues:
1) music skips in the same place on the track, meaning if I restart the track, the skips are in the exact location every time but when played on my Vista with Zune software, no skips
2)some tracks will suddenly end and go to the next track, and do this at the exact same place everytime. If I FF through that specific part of the track in the song or video then the track will play all the way through (about 2 to 4 secs FF). And again, no issue on the computer playback.
It is not on all the tracks downloaded with my pass, but it is on none of the tracks off CD's I've ripped to the Zune.

I've experienced both of those issues with like 4 songs out of the thousands I have downloaded with my Zune Pass. Deleting and re-dling them solved the issue.
You have the latest firmware right? There was a big issue with Marketplace songs skipping back when Zune first came out over a year ago but was fixed with one of the firmware updates.
