I only get this message when i try to buy a video, i buy and download music without a problem... anybody know whats going on?

I am having this problem with every video I try to download. I have tried: Intervention, Nitro Circus, Cribs, Jesse James Is A Dead Man. (and a couple others) I always get this error code. Please Help.

Are you located in the US?  Are all your settings correct?  I've downloaded several episodes from the series' before without any issues.  If it was an episode here or there it could be something I could fix, but since it's every episode for several different series' it's a whole different issue at hand.

Can you try downloading the first episode of Warehouse 13 located in the SyFy network?  It's Free so it won't cost you anything.

Ah thank you for solving my problem I currently am not in the US. I am deployed in Iraq. Thanks anyways.
