Can I create a simple list of artists or albums or songs that can be loaded into MS Access or Excel?

I want to make a concise and searcheable list of artists, without duplicating them over my 5000 plus songs. I also don't have that many albums and when someone says, "Do you have the '______' album, I want to be able to click on albums and/or print my list so they can check it, or load it to a web page without searching manually through Zune. Any ideas?
