Was syncing some music and I got an error. Software told me to disconnect the device
and restart it using the key combination. I followed the directions and it restarted
normally and came back with a message saying in order to fix the error the zune needs
to clear all content. I clicked okay and let it do it's thing. It has been clearing for over 24
hours now.

I can't shut it off. I can't force restart it. The battery already died once and I charged it
back up and it returned to the content clearing screen.

Is it suppose to take this long? I have used 73gb of the 80gb.
