I am just afraid that they wont be able to resolve the issue.  How can i patch the zune if i cant turn it on.  the class action settlement will be some lame zune music credit, which will imply having to buy another zune... not bloody likely!  i want a full refund plus a refund for all the accessories and docks i bought.

ok so i think gettin a zunepass would suck, and i wouldnt want a new zune i had over 5000 songs and hundreds of pics tht i prob wont be able to get bac, they owee us much more than new zune or ten songs  month

I dont get how you wont get everything back? it should be on your hard drive when try to sync with your computer... right? unless I have been messing everything up, but everytime i try to delete something off my computer, it gets deleted off my zune...

I would like a replacement.  The flash Zune's screen is too small.

Now if they would put 32 gig of flash and a bigger battery in my Zune 30 case, I would be thrilled.

Since that's not gonna happen, I guess a Zune 80 cause, like I said, I don't care for the size of the flash machines.

I have the Halo 3 Zune. I want it fixed for free or replaced with the same Halo 3 30GB.

Hah I agree! A free zune pass after the fix would be nice.
Even though I wouldnt have much to do with it since...well I got my ways.
And a 80GB wouldnt be bad either....

A free 80GB Zune.

I spent a lot of time choosing music, converting video, etc. for this Zune and I want to be compensated for having it all destroyed. I paid for a music and video player and if I don't have one for any length of time, I want to be compensated for it.

I couldn't care less about a Zune Pass.

I've had to have my Xbox 360 repaired 3 times, and now I own a dead Zune.  Blood.  I want blood.  :)

Warranty or not, I want a replacement as close to my 30GB Zune as possible.
