Quit popping them open and wait until tomorrow, the people who said it was leap year may have been right.

Hows about they post this on the SUPPORT MAIN PAGE! You know, the one that they have been telling us to monitor...

Oh - ok, they have... they put a link to the forum posting.... and at the end of the forum posting it says:

So - basically they are saying that it MIGHT work...

That's just their signature.  It appears on every post they do.

Doesn't look very professional...

I know these guys have been working on it all day, but I wouldn't have left the office without posting this on a web page and not just linking to a a forum posting.

I guess they are still at work though, its only 3PM PST.

We have our fair share of issues where I work, but I am sooooooooo happy I'm not part of the Zune QA team right now. (I do have to say though - I would have cough that bug... Time, Dates, DST, Leap Years... much fun to test...)
