Help-frozen zune!!!!

Ok I need some help on what to do, my Zune has managed to freeze itself with the Zune Logo and the loading bar on the screen and none of the buttons are responding, rebooting isn't responding, plugging it into the computer isn't responding, nothing is working, and it was working a mere 2 hours ago.  Been through the troubleshooting pages and some of the forums and haven't been able to find an answer, would really like for my Zune to be working again, any advice would be nice.  Thanx

Yeah mine JUST did that.  Its annoying because nothing even shuts it off.  I bought this two years ago (its the original zune) and its worked fine ever since then.  This ruins my day.

Ah I'm not hte only one too!  This sucks was working just fine this morning (tuesday).  And I come bck from a friend's place and find my charging Zune suck in the loading screen.  Got to wait to contact the help line.  Hope I can get them to act better than the crap I went through  with my 360 when it RRoDed.

mine has also just done this 30 minutes ago, I tried to show off my new speaker system to mates but its frozen on the loading screen and wont respond to any resets.

This is insane!  I use my zune everyday all the time.  This has most definitely been my worst year ever.  I just started getting a cold too and now this!  It feels like its 1999 again and computers everywhere are supposed to end our way of life as we know it... Nuttin a little liquor can't cure for a couple hrs.

From what I can tell it looks like every Zune 30 on the planet has suddenly crashed.  Is this a virus?  A glitch?  A time bomb?A disgruntled Microsoft employee? Planned obsolescence to make us buy a new one?  Or just a terrorist plot to drive the free world crazy?

I've had mine exactly one year, and have had no issues except for a software update a few months back, but recovered all of my data.  But this really sucks.  I had just finished charging it and it will take fourteen hours or so for it to shut down so I can attempt a restart.

Ok this is literally the first time ive even botherd to look on here or use the forums for my Zune and i find that like what 4 other people have the same exact problem as me somthing smells fishy.

Oh well if its busted ima be mad as hell but thats what i get for not upgrading when i had the money.

Heh, and like everyone else I thought I was the only one, something is definitely fishy here, I'm gonna try downgrading my Zune and see if that fixes anything.

IT's an Epidemic because mine just did the same exact thing like 2 hours ago...talking on Aim and whatya know my friends Zune is messed up too, i've searched google endlessly for a fix and nothing. This is really messed up...it's like all my "Microsoft" products are failing on me *my 360 Elite especially*.
