What gives?

I did a Google search for an older album (1980) I was looking for.  A link came up for MSN Music (music.msn.com), so I clicked it.  Sure enough, there was the album.  On that page there was a download link to "buy album from zune."

Not being a member, I downloaded and registered with Zune. 

Everything seems to be working fine, except that the album I wanted does not show in the Marketplace for the artist. Yet when I re-Google for the album, there is that same page from MSN Music showing all the songs with links for each one or that download link for the whole album (from zune).

Any ideas how I can get this download to work?

That particular album might not be available from the Marketplace.

I personally noticed in the MSN Music listings, they place the "Buy Song From Zune" button next to every track, no matter what.  So it's not something to go by in terms of song availability.  All that button does is perform a search for the song(s) on Zune.net.  It's not a guarantee that songs are in the Marketplace for download, unfortunately.
