I want to know about how many songs are currently availible for the zune pass. i want to be sure that i can get the songs i want with the pass. if someone could tell me if some of these bands are availible with the pass....

is there a wide selection of songs availible for the pass? or is it just like 500,000 songs...
That can't be reliably answered at that level with significant effort. Content isn't made available "by aritst." So, some tracks/albums may be available via subscription... some not. It's all up to the label/owner. Most later Peppers albums are not, for example. Sorry, but I'm not documenting every single album and track for all those artists. =)
It's millions of songs. Just try it for 30 days. $15. And don't limit yourself to artists you already know. Cancel if you don't like it. New content appears all the time. It's a great service for music lovers.
Agree....I have had a Zune Pass since Nov 2006.......and have yet to be disappointed. Sure there are some artists that are not available, but this is a small %....unless you only listen to Zeppelin, Metallica or AC/DC.
The Pass is awesome if you are into different genres.
