I bought two songs on the marketplace, but before they downloaded, I lost my internet connection. Now I'm out those points and do not have the songs. I went to Marketplace, then settings, then purchases, and it says "Retreiving purchase history 0%", but it's been like that for an hour. What should I do?

Try restarting the computer, re-starting Marketplace and try re-downloading.

I'll suggest this too: Go to
Microsoft Billing
and make sure that the purchases were in fact made, then contact
customer support
