1) I purchased a video through Zune and downloaded it sucessfully, even watched it a few times, now when I try to access it, it is no longer there. Once I purchased the video, I assumed it would remain on my Zune until I deleted it. Does the fact that I had to reinstall XP on my computer had anything to do with it disappearing from my Zune and computer, my music did the same. If I want to re-install it again, do I have to purchase it again.

2) Is there any way I can get my music from my Zune, back onto my computer?

Don't panic :-)

Yes, if the video is no longer in the collection then it will get erased from the Zune as well.

To re-download all of your purchased items from Marketplace, open the software and go (settings-->account-->purchases). You'll see everything list (after a few minutes maybe) and then just hit (download all).

If you want to put stuff from your Zune back to your computer, you perform a reverse sync.
