zune wont turn on

my zune wont turn on i tryed to play it last time and a black screen with a large battery came on the battery had a red line at the bottom so i thougt it just was dead itryed charging it and now it wont respond at all and a few times i got the large battery icon and it just disaperaed its like its dead and wont charge and my cpu wont reconize it pls help

Do you have the AC charger for the Zune so you can charge it by connecting it to a wall outlet? I'm not sure if there's a certain battery level that the Zune has to have before the computer can recognize it.
