HELP ME FFS

crazyken517 7/12/2008 01:27:21

sry for anything rude... but i've been trying to get ANY response from ANYBODY

for the past 5 days, i've been e-mailing, calling, even bitching to get any kinda help... as you can tell, no luck

i have a model 1090, 30gb zune, and a vista PC.

i'm listenening to music, and it freezes, then resets, then i get a message saying "1: connect zune to your PC", so i did it, then it said "2: on your PC, open the zune software and restore the zune device firmware", so did.... after that, i press install on my PC then a series of loading screens show up on my zune... then my PC says C00D1249

C00D1249 on the help site says my zune reset itself, the "to-do" thing said to reconnect and try again.. i did that, for like 2 hours straight, then over a coupla days i call, e-mail, and do just about anything to try to get my zune working (including the "delete everything" button code <back><center><play>).. i'm at the end of my nerves

is there ANYTHING AT ALL that can help me?

I know you said you did this:

Try creating new account #7...this works for most people...

C00d11cd is the unknown error while the modifier <sic> "0x"80070079 is a connectivity error. I would update your drivers in device manager.

To open Device Manager, click Start, and then click Control Panel. Click Performance and Maintenance, and then click System. On the Hardware tab, click Device Manager.
