Problems with content which is accessible via Zune Marketplace
If you find content that isn't correct in the Zune Marketplace, create a post outlining the issue and we’ll work on getting it fixed. The types of problems we can fix include:
Music
· Typos in the artist name, album name, song title
· Incorrect album art
· The audio isn’t correct – it may glitch, it’s cut off early or late, or it’s just the wrong song
· The rights aren’t correct – e.g. you can preview but not purchase or vice versa. You can download but not stream or vice versa.
· Incorrect release date
· Problems with the album review or artist bio
· Tracks or albums assigned to the wrong artist
· Missing tracks or twisted track listings (i.e. a track order of 1, 3, 2, 5, 4…)
· Incorrect Parental Advisory rating
Videos
· Video won't download (please include both error codes after clicking the yellow exclamation)
· Incorrect video syncs to device; any video sync error
· The audio isn’t correct – it may glitch, it’s cut off early or late
· The rights aren’t correct – e.g. you can preview but not purchase or vice versa.
· Problems with the video metadata
Or again in general if it doesn’t seem right, let us know! Please include in your post the following information:
1. Artist Name/Video Series, Episode Title
2. Album Name
3. Song Name
4. What’s wrong, including any applicable error codes
