After downlaoding and installing the upgrade my devices were recognized and all of the material appeared to synch correctly. The issue I am having is that while I can log on to the Zune .net site usingin my Id and password, when I try to sign on from the Zune software, I get the above message and sign on does not occur. When I called Zune to get a fix, it was suggested that I uninstall and resinstall the software. Having done that, I am stil at exactly same place as previously described. The time on my computer is correct and accurate, however the time on this post is 5 hours ahead of my computer.

Can ANYONE help?
